Australia Post Extra Cover Insurance
If you’d like extra peace of mind around the delivery of your order, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being carried by Australia Post.
- The first $100 of cover is included in your postage cost
- Extra Cover costs $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000
- An additional $2.95 for Signature on Delivery will be added if your order is valued above $500

- $15.95 >1kg - 3kg
- $19.20 >3kg - 5kg

- $26.20 >3kg - 5kg

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be within 14 days of purchase.
Either use the self service returns portal on your account page or send us an email at email@example.com to organise the return. We may ask you to send us a photo of the damaged or broken item.
