PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING TEMPORARY CHANGES TO ALEEMAHS SHIPPING POLICIES AS A RESULT OF THE DOMESTIC AND GLOBAL DELIVERY SERVICE RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC:

• Express Post deliveries within Australia - Australia Post indicated that they will attempt to deliver within 1 business day of pick-up but they cannot guarantee this. 
• International deliveries to most countries listed below has now resumed from AUGUST 14th, our carriers have indicated that where an international flight is not available for shipping then items will be sent via sea freight so there may be extra delays on delivery.

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

A standard shipping charge of $8.95 FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE applies. 

An Express Post delivery via Australia Post charge of $11.95 FLAT RATE AUSTRALIA WIDE applies. 

We may use a number of different courier and freight companies to deliver your products. Once your products leave ALEEMAHS delivery times will vary depending on where you are:

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 working days
• Melbourne Metro, Brisbane Metro and South East Queensland: 2-4 working days
• Adelaide Metro, Regional NSW, Regional Vic, Central and Far North Queensland and Tasmania: 3-6 working days
• Regional South Australia: 5-10 working days
• Perth Metro, Darwin Metro, Regional Northern Territory and Regional Western Australia: 8-14 working days

Tracking Numbers, when available, will be sent to you via email when your order leaves ALEEMAHS.

If a product is returned to ALEEMAHS by the delivery company due to a failure by the customer to receive the item, ALEEMAHS reserves the right to request additional payment of delivery charges for re-delivery of that item. Failure to receive includes, but is not limited too, multiple delivery attempts by the courier company, failure to collect items from a designated collection point or incorrect address details being supplied to ALEEMAHS.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

We offer International delivery from Newcastle Australia to over 50 countries. Delivery costs are calculated by the total weight and dimensions of your order and starts from as little as $16.00AUD.

Available shipping options and rates for your region will be made available at Checkout. Please note any free shipping options advertised are only applicable for shipping within Australia.

As the customer, you are responsible for checking your country’s customs and duty tax restrictions. ALEEMAHS is not liable for any import duties, penalties, delays or confiscation you may incur as part your country’s legislation.

Please keep this in mind when ordering either large quantities of goods. To check import restrictions for each country, please use the following link which redirects to custom details in every country provided by Australia Post.

To comply with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise". We are also prohibited by law from making the order as a "gift", even if the order is placed in the intention of sending to a gift recipient. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

If you are wanting to send a gift internationally, please let us know in the notes section of the Checkout and we will ensure that your invoice is not included within the parcel and only attached to the outside for customs inspections.

RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS FOR BROKEN, DAMAGED OR LOST PRODUCT(S)

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be within 14 days of purchase.

Send us an email at support@aleemahs.com to organise the return.  We may ask you to send us a photo of the damaged or broken item.

Unable to refund or exchange if:

• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
• After 14 days of purchase.

If an item is lost during transit we can either resend the products or fully refund your purchase once we have received confirmation from the delivery company of the item being lost.
