Australia Post Extra Cover Insurance

If you’d like extra peace of mind around the delivery of your order, you can add Extra Cover. It provides loss or damage cover up to the specified value of your item (up to $5,000) while it’s being carried by Australia Post.

Price

• The first $100 of cover is included in your postage cost
• Extra Cover costs $2.50 for each subsequent $100 of cover (above $100 included cover) up to $5000
• An additional $2.95 for Signature on Delivery will be added if your order is valued above $500

Making a claim

Flatback crystals & jewels: apply with a gem adhesive such as B-7000. Use a wax picker or tweezers for placement. Allow 24 hours to cure before wear.

Hotfix crystals: apply with a hotfix applicator, or position glue-side down and press with a household iron through a pressing cloth.

Appliqués & trims: pin in place, then sew on with invisible thread for a secure, costume-safe finish. Fabric glue suits low-stress placements.
